We accept international pain management patients at Neurokirurgisk Smerteklinik in both Copenhagen and Aarhus.
So far we have treated people from Sweden, Norway, Iceland, UK, France, Spain and several other countries, also from countries outside the European Union.
We can help coordinate your visit at the clinic, so we can conduct both the initial consultation and the treatment in the same session over 1 or 2 days.
All consultations and communication can be conducted in English.
We do not have access to your national medical notes. You need to bring a copy of the relevant part of your notes if such is needed for the treatment (scanning, x-ray, descriptions of previous surgeries, ect.)
According to Danish medical law, we are obliged to write the medical notes at Neurokirurgisk Smerteklinik in Danish. We can help you with translation of your medical notes to English for an additional fee.
The clinic in Copenhagen is located in the city close to the Metro St. Trianglen and it can be reached within 20 minutes from Copenhagen International Airport (CPH). The clinic in Aarhus is located in the center of the old city just 10 minutes walk from the central train station (Aarhus Banegaard).
